Hey guys car has manual controls for the heater. The fan only works on high, so I believe that it's the blower motor relay to fix that. But the other thing that is happening is the air is only blowing through the defrost vents any suggestions on that?

Thanks in advance.

Trevor

Don't know this particular model, but the percentage bet on these issues in general application is as follows:

a. Nothing but high blow = resistor pack. The "normal" speed of the fan is high, and all the other speeds are as a result of the power going through resistor(s). It is likely mounted so they hang into a duct/plenum somewhere.

b. If the air doors move via vacuum motors, nothing but defrost is the default setting when the vacuum source goes away. Look for a broken/disconnected manifold vacuum line that supplies the system.

I believe that the blend door has a actuator instead of vacuum controlled.

Well, if you can still control the temperature of the air, but not where it goes, that would seem to indicate that the actuator moving the blend door is working. Doesn't mean that the other doors aren't controlled by vacuum motors. On the other hand, if you are knowledgeable about the specific workings of your model car, then by all means disregard the general guidance that you know does not apply.

Ooops I'm not saying that correct. The blend door is for the controlling temperature. Is it the mode door that directs the air to the various vents?

04 JR (stratus/sebring) blower motor resistor, used to change them all the time. It's in the passenger side footwell, attached to the bottom of the HVAC housing, pull it out replace, fixed...

Blower resistors went through a few supersecessions, dont be alarmed when you get a new one and it is different.
The hvac doors are all controlled by electric actuators. You may be able to look up under the drivers side dash and see a couple actuators and some plastic gears, sometimes they wear out or break.

Did this on my wife's 04 Stratus R/T Sedan earlier this year. Very easy, but be prepared to enlarge the opening a little bit with a sharp razor knife to let the new unit fit into place.
