You need to change the spindles, the calipers, rotors, the pads , the flexible rubber lines, upper control arms and both the upper and lower ball joints. I think someone , dr. diff maybe ??, sells a tapered spacer that allows the smaller ball joint in your original A arms to fit the later spindle, that will save you having to replace the upper A arm and balljoint.

FYI you wont gain a great amt of front braking going to the single piston discs (73-76) though the single piston type is more trouble free so I'm assuming you're going BBP for wheel selection as the reason. Ask for '76 A body calipers as they have a significantly larger bore dia 5/32", 2.75 as opposed to 2.60 in 73-75 calipers and they all interchange and more front bias is almost always beneficial. rebuilt calipers are dirt cheap and rarely have a prob & when it is it's the piston doesn't retract enough & there's a bit too much drag on the wheel

Ive been told the BBP disc make the tires sit out a bit farther then the SBP, any truth to this?

Have the hubs/rotors redrilled to bbp. Had mine done at Moser Eng.

Can get a piece of thin flat clear stiff plastic and with a compass make a 4" and a 4&1/2" dia circle and cut out the center so it will fit over the hub register (doesn't have to be exact just need it to fit flat). Make a mark anywhere on the 4" circle and 4 more holes on around the 4" circle circumference spaced 2.351" in a straight line tangent from each other then punch them out to 7/16". Move up to the 4.5" circle and and same deal start anywhere and make a pinprick mark but offset a bit like in the above pic then 4 more marks (dont punch them yet) spaced 2.645" in a straight line tangent from each other around the circumference. Now you have (5) 7/16" holes in a 4" BP and 5 pinpricks in a 4.5" BP. With 5 holes punched set the template on the 7/16" studs and with a hammer and a pointed punch make 5 dimples thru the template into the rotor & remove the template and drill 5 more holes in your rotor in your drill press to the right dia for 1/2" press fit studs or the slightly smaller dia for 1/2" screw in studs (recommended) plus tapping for threads of course. Want the 1st set of 5 holes to be the exact dia of the 7/16" existing studs so the template will locate the new 1/2" stud holes perfectly concentric

And then pistol drill it by hand I assume ???

Last I heard Moser wasn't doing this service anymore. Something about the machine they used for it is no longer available ?
