does indy have a valve cover with this incorporated, or do they just install their kit into their valve cover?

Yep
Pretty much a cheap kit that they sell for hundreds of dollars. Its like $250 for the oiling kit, maybe $60 worth of parts.
I had a set for sale in the parts section, I couldnt hardly give away. Its one of those things where you cant find them when you need them, but a very small market for guys that use/need these.
Here is a few sets. Both have the same parts etc. Not sure who's kit etc, one in a cheap set of factory covers, and the other in a set of aluminum older B1 covers.
Sometimes pics are worth looking at! So hope this helps.

Bulk head end (indside)

Outside Bulk head

End is pretty much just pinched off and brazed etc. Both lines are made of stainless.

Some other thoughts..
Most of the Indy kits I have seen use a T that runs through the cover in the middle then splits to both sides. Just seems like those would be more expensive to make, and require more work, than these.
I made my own out of 3/16 brake line Inverted flared fittings, so its not difficult as mentioned.
