Some may not know that I've been collecting data on A12 Road Runnners and Super Bees for over 10 years now. There are a few different spreadsheets I use for crunching the numbers.
The attached spreadsheet only includes cars that I know the full Vehicle Identification Number (so the same car isn't counted twice), color, and transmission. This gives us a better idea of what colors were most or least popular.
My database has many more cars but I'm either lacking the color or transmission type to be added to the sheet.
Click on attachment name for larger size.

And you can't beat the price for this information.

Thanks guys, glad you like the information.
Many will ask how rare their A12 car is. With over 700 known cars on that spreadsheet, they can quickly see how many are the same body/color/transmission combination.

Has anyone run across an A12 car with a paint code on the fender tag for the other brand car?
Such as Super Bee color F6 green on a Road Runner tag? Was it ever possible for the factory to make this kind of error?

Possible? Unknown. It may not have been possible to type in a paint code that was not valid for that particular vehicle. You'd have to know the programming for order entry to know if it was possible.

Theoretically it would be possible to order a RR in F6 but my guess is the car would code 99 for special paint and not F6.

There is a Super Bee that may have been painted Rallye Green but we can't prove it.

I've seen a photo of it. Owner says he races at Milan Dragway in Michigan. I have not seen the fender tag, just the data from it.

That would be interesting. I guess with Mopars, never say never.

very nice, I'm sure you put a lot of time in to that.

Is it sorted in anyway? ( ie most frequent color by Total etc..)

Cool Dave!!

< B3 Plymouth = "ice blue metallic" & Dodge = "light blue metallic"

& your last column should be 1/2 the shown % or some indication that it's based on 200%

Thank you. This particular sheet has been together and added to for probably 5 or 6 years and will keep changing as more A12's surface.
It is in Excel format so I can sort it differently if needed. I just do a screen shot, save it as a JPEG so it can be viewed here.
