Our Prayers are with Gary and his family. This is unreal for sure. He will never be forgotten.

Sad news indeed. Gary will be missed by all who knew him. Thanks for bringing friendship and happiness to all our lives. May he rest in peace.
This would be so much easier if I knew what I was doing...

I spoke to him last week for the first and last time. He was a very nice person and always helpful to all of us. My deepest sympathies to his friends and family. My prayers go out to him and his family...may he rest in peace. He will be missed very much and is in our hearts.

BTW, donations are a very thoughtful thing, but I am also thinking of some additional tribute to such a great person... perhaps we can organize a Mopar procession for his send off, one last cruise-in for Gary or something along those lines.
This is a good idea. Also, when an officer died in Oklahon=ma? a member of Americanrion dot net went to the extreme to get a plaque placed on the hiway. Maybe some one in Mich. can do that.
To ask Linda how she did it, go here; http://www.americaniron.net/forums/active.asp search for something in the line of 'officer' or 'plaque'

We come here with a common interest............Mopar Iron. We leave here with something much greater..........friendship. Our time on this earth is short. Praying for his family. May this cause us all to look at really counts for eternity. He will be missed!

It breaks my heart knowing that I'll never be able to see our buddy Gary again. He was one of the first people I ever met on Moparts. From day one I knew this guy was someone I wanted to be friends with. We always had a great time together, whether it was with the cars, at the track, dinner with the wives or when he'd come watch my band. He was probably the biggest fan my band had. I remember our first gig, when we finished our set, Gary rushed up to the stage & gave me the biggest "That was AWESOME!!" Except for maybe 2 or 3 gigs, he never missed one. Even on days he was scheduled to work, he made time. That meant so much. He'd call me up sometimes, just to let me know he was listening to my band's CD. There will always be a little sadness with every gig my band plays in the future. There will be an empty spot in the audience where Gary should be standing. Tragedy's like this shouldn't happen to guys like Gary.
I miss ya' Bro!!
