if the economy doesn't turn around soon, i expect to see more of this. around here, two brothers cut down a steel span bridge & sold it for scrap ! no one saw them do it, but they got caught. they got around 6-7k for scrap, but it will cost over 100k to replace.

There were several Buick Grand Nationals stolen in Bowling Green Ky. last weelend. From what i heard, they took cars, trailers, and tow rigs all together.

I think this happened at their yearly Buick meet.

Steeling sucks. Bad economy is gonna make it worse.You gotta be aware. I would bet those tow rigs with the Buicks were left running in a parking lot. For some reasons folks with deisle trucks seem to think they have big rigs that need to be left running. At least all the cotarctors around here fall into that catagory. Truth is even the modern big rigs don't need to be left running anymore. At least lock a door for insurance reasons, cuz windows break. All locks do is keep an honest man honest.
