Hey guys who seels the best high quality fiberglass hoods ? Ive though about putting one on my 66 Coronet? I want a good quality one and not one thats light and needs tons of body work........anyone?

I have been getting all of my fiberglass hoods from AAR.
They have been very good quality.

Does AAR even make one for a 66? I have a liftoff version I bought from US Body about a hundred years ago. It seems like pretty decent quality, I just never got around to installing it, projects change etc etc.

I have AAR's hood and A990 scoop(66 Coronet, like said, it's is not a racing hood, but the quality of both was right on. Not cheap and not quick to build, but I would go back to them in a second. Dennis

I've got an AAR hood on my 68 barracuda & its super light & the
quality is great. I haven't put the low tension springs on it yet
but may be selling it & getting a one piece Super stock hood.
Original hood weighs a ton, but I can easily move this around
with one hand. Also have their bumpers & quality is good.
Don't know what they offer for a 66 B body, but the A body stuff is great, imo.

AAR makes great stuff, as mentioned some items are heavy.
They do make lift-off versions if that's a concern.
