I just can't believe I am reading this tragic news. I also never had the pleasure to meet him in person but you kind of feel like you know him personaly from his post's. He was always one of my favorites to read, always had a sense of humor and very interesting.

This morning I found out I lost a good friend that I never met, and probably never would. Good-bye, Gary. Rest in peace...

My prayers go out to his family. I can't imagine my wife and kids without me. I sure hope his family can work through something so tragic.
Before I heard his name here my wife and I commented about the tragedy after seeing it on the news. Some things are just not fair.

This is really awfull news. Made me go silent for about an hour.
I wish his family and friends the very best and support with this tragic loss.

While I am not a regular face here, and never met him, my condolances, thoughts, and prayers go to all his family and friends. It is a terrible loss.

This is just a thought is there anyway this thread can be given to his family? In times like this I think it helps to know how much your loved one was respected and impacted so many lives!

This Is TOUGH. I am in Shock. I left a PM for Gary to invite him to Cleveland for the Police Memorial weekend early this morning we had talked about this earlier this month, I/WE all Lost a Friend and I am speechless, you have no idea how much I looked forward to racing him in Sept. whether you had a chance to have met or not he was and will Always will be a TRUE Gentleman and Friend ....Godspeed Gary

When I heard this morning of this accident, I knew that was Gary's territory , and had such a bad feeling about it.Such a tragic loss.My thoughts and prayers go out to Gary's family.Please visit the Moparty pictures of last year and see Gary , doing what he really enjoyed doing.Being such a gracious host.

I dont think there is anything I can say that hasnt already been said but in the short time I have known him he will be immensly missed by all. This is terrible news and my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

That is a total shock. We've all excepted him as a friend and brother here at Moparts. We WILL miss him.

I just don't understand why God takes all the GREAT people from this Earth.......... I just don't!!!!!!

Sad news indeed! I only knew Gary from "lurking" on this board. But from all that has been said he was one of the good guys and will be greatly missed by all, including me.
