Again,BIG THANKS goes our to Rick Lucas(AARLUCAS)for all his help!!!!!

Now,I took it for a quick ride down the road. Drove nice, still need better alt for charging but I stopped, brought up the rpm's to around 2000 and nailed it. Now,I know im only using about 1/2 throttle but it felt very sluggish.
Could it be the plugs??
Carb?? or tranny??
Or all the above???? LOL

we use to sell this product that did a fantastic job without the need of a buffer...is called Rod&Custom..

however as good as that stuff was, the same distributor had a chemist come up with something equally better called Highway Shine...heres a link to both

http://www.satis-factions.com/HighwayShine/showgloss.htm

http://www.autotrimdesign.net/detail.jsp?category=51280&item=DS-SGRC

try it, you might like it

I have NO ties to either...(forgot the no ties)

Good looking ride ya got there! Always feels good to bring it out after an extended hibernation. What's the timing at? Accelerator pump shot? Just pick away at it and she'll come around!

Good looking car! I did not realize it was a '72.
I like those tail lights a little better than the other Dusters.

Yeah, it's got a smallblock.

Lookin good Mike. Keep at it and it will come around.

BTW the weather looks like it's going to be totally crappy Sunday so probably won't go to the track unless this storm clears by then.
