You just might see me there on Saturday as well.... during my overall check of the car before going, I had some throttle linkage/kick down lever issues so we didn't go - a tab on the kickdown bracket holding it in place had a slight crack which meant when hitting the gas, the entire bracket moved, making that crack stretch and get bigger and bigger and... you get the point . Got it fixed last night, new bracket fabbed up, adjusted the linkage, took it out for a short cruise, re-checked and all was good. Soooo if I don't get there this Saturday, if weather is good, it will be next Thursday - that's slicks night at 'da Grove - and the track is prepped VERY GOOD. Dave

Good luck tomorrow! What's up w/ the MPH for the ET prediction? 97 mph to run a 6.6 1/8? 116 mph for 10.7? Thats WAY low! I know it's just a prediction, but those numbers seem way off. Does it predict that based off your chassis dyno run?

Yah, those numbers look WAY off indeed. It's a software that comes with their mustang dyno/powerdyne computer they use. They even said those numbers are not "real world" but can give you an idea atleast... heck, I know what my 60' time is with that car which has been a consistent 1.65 but.... that was before doing some new work to it (converter, heads, roller, 950 annular) so that 60' will probably change until I figure out how it will react and run. Regardless, I was AMAZED when I saw that 10 sec time there! But.... again, thats computer generated while on their chassis dyno (pics posted).
I'll be very happy if I hit 11.30-11.20's with it as it stands now. My previous best was 11.80's.

Maybe the MPH numbers are close...that'd be fairly close to run low 11s. Hope you get what you're after! Good lookin ride you have there!
