Front fenders. No more dents or dings!! Ready for prep and primer.

Check out trunk lid on the left...it's already black! Just primer though.

Next step...POR Metal Mask. Or is there better ideas for "natural" finnish? These parts are sodablasted and wire brushed.

Pretty clean underside. There is few pinholes and surface rust, but underside is now clean and bodywork can start.

Are you really going to change the color ? Blue with the white strip would be very nice, I could understand more if it was a color that was not popular, you may regret a color change later, but its your car, where in Finland are you from ? My spouse is from Finland

Thanks! And BTW...I'm gonna paint my car black.

One of the best color combinations for a 70 GTX, and its going black!!

NNNOOOOOO! ruin the value, another black wanna be clone mopar to a real blue/blue/white 6bbl 4 speed car. I guess you can do it, you own it, but do it to an ugly colored one, not an awesome one. I should quit looking in this section

Dana needs anymore one layer of black paint and it's ready for final assembly. Parts for restoration came from Dr Diff. What a nice guy and so helpful!

From northern Finland (small city called Keminmaa). It's 50 miles south from Arctic Circle near Sweden.

I don't like black cars, especially Mopars. It's my least favorite car color.

My dad worked for Salt River Project and the Salt River Project FCU (Federal Credit Union) was the credit union for employees. Only employees could be members at that time in 1970. Salt River Project aka SRP is a quasi-governmental agency that distributes irrigation water and a electrical utility for parts of Arizona.

I agree with the other member's posts to keep the car the nice original color combination of blue/blue/white.

Ultimately, it's your car and you can paint it any color you wish.

But, I'm a keep it original kinda guy
