I am thinking about doing the 3" exhaust system from TTI. I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with it. it would be going into a 72 dodge dart with a 500 inch b block

I have it on my Demon. Its tight but fits nice. Only negative is trying to fit the H pipe in. I would rather it not be in there, just isnt worth the hassle and fitment issues it creates. Would be a breeze to put in and take out without it.

I had a 72 340 swinger w/ a 3" TTi system. It came on the car so I didn't install it. Only thing is the tail pipes are really tight and they tens to bounce around a little. I can see if one thing is off it'd be a PITB to hang.

I am running TTI 3" with an X pipe all the way to the back. I have run the H pipe set up also(same car different motor). I like the X pipe fit . I did not run the tti hanger at the mufflers because they are too heavy, and I welded flanges to the front of the mufflers/pipes so the middle of the system can drop out for trans work.

i think you'll save a ton of $ if you buy the x pipe and have a muffler shop make you the exhaust from the headers back

if u need more ground clearance, ram air restorations has a nice ovalized exhaust system. i had a 3&1/2" system on my big block, fit perfectly. stay safe, seeya.
