My thoughts go out to Gary's wife and all of his family.
I will be setting something up with the rest of the moderators to make a collection of donations. At this time, I do not know where the funds will go.

I too never met Gary in person, but he did help me with some of my unique setup problems with my car a few years back. I send my condolences to his family.

Gary was true Patriotic American and a hell of a racer. My prayers go out ot his family and friends. RIP, my man. I will be placing his badge number on my 1/4 window. A very sad day for all of us. 2tons

This is SO sad.
Though I'm a member here, I don't post often. But I, like so many other Mopar fanatics, am on this site daily. I love all the topics and banter.
Most of all, I appreciate the community here. You all do mean alot. Gary added knowledge and a sense of humor to this community. I remember being personally thrilled when his Challenger made the cover of Mopar Muscle. I also remember a whole thread of congratulations from everyone. You don't have to meet someone face-to-face to become friends.
My condolences go out to his family. We'll all miss you Gary.
Tom

If you set up a fund, make sure it gets posted here and delivered directly to his wife and kids. It will be a small gesture from the Mopar community who respected him and liked him so much.
He will be missed.

Shocking and very sad news. Never met the man, only read - and enjoyed his posts and replies to members in need of good advice. My thoughts to Gary's family and those of you knew him and will miss him.

Shocked doesn't describe it . My prayers and deepest condolences go out as well for Gary and his family as well. He was truely a great asset to the Mopar family and Moparts board. I had met Gary 5 or 6 times, when he was helping Jack at the FAST races and at the cookouts he had at the Norwalk Classics. Truely a great guy. I will donate towards a Moparts Memorial fund if one will be set for him. Lon Seigworth OO==== OO in your Honor

I am sick to hear this news.
Gary was one of the people I would always make a point to see at the Nats. He was the first person I met from Moparts in person.
My heart goes out to his family.
