I have had this 69 Roadrunner since 2001.I have moved it,towed it,stored it and the whole time resisted the urge to take it apart fearing I may need to move it again.Well, I have finally decided it is time to get started.I did some disassembly today and thought I would post some pics. It needs a left front framerail which I picked up at carlisle, and some other sheetmetal but I am going to try to get moving.First pic is this morning...

my plan for next time is to get the engine and trans out so I can start removing the rusty left front frame rail.Right side looks real nice so ther must have been a battery explosion/leak sometime.Either way it needs replacement.Floor pans are excellent and I have replaced the trunk floor several years ago,but thinking about some cutting out back anyway. So this is my start up and I hope to move along on this since I have an expert sheetmetal guy helping on this,my good friend Tom Albanese.

Fix the frame rail and just have a ratty blown street car
Cool project, good luck with it
So I am still saying you should go with this suggestion. It would be pretty cool just to have a rough and mean street car.

Darn, sorry you sold the Roadrunner, I'm working on one too. Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait on the Dart. Maybe we'll see in Dinwiddie.
