Hey guys,

I noticed some numbers at the back of my Charger's hood. Does anyone know what they are for? Also, is there a difference between the hoods in 68 and 69?

Thanks !

The only difference I have been able to find is that on a 69 hood, there are small "brackets" that are spot welded on the underside where the front adjustment bumpers go. On a 68 , there are none.

Otherwize, they seem identical. the numbers could just be the sheetmetal plant stamping numbers. For ex.: SS - 52
