Looking for a 1969 copy, but late sixties would probably work...Are they being copied/reproduced?

What do you need to know? I have a dealer code book that I can look up the dealer name and address for you if you have the dealer code#.

I have the original sticker, but the edges were cut off when it was removed from the glass back in '68. The name of the dealer is mostly missing. Where are these dealer code numbers located?
I appreciate your assistance on this!

best guess  long shot Region 44 = Syracuse, NY This Plymouth dealership existed in '65 & opened a Ford dealership in Albion in '79 under the same name at a different address (13931 route 31 west Albion NY) 2 miles away. per Google Maps the (Chrysler?-)Plymouth building is still standing & the Ford dealership (& former U-HAUL) is an empty lot.
