Well i had my vent window assemblies apart to be rechromed,and i need to replace the bottom weatherstrip that sits in the chrome piece that the vent glass sits in.Seems they dont repop that,and was thinking of weatherstrip adhesive in the channel or ?

I used Black Strip caulk for that on my 69 charger it worked alright .

Good idea.Did you use just one piece on the bottom?

just enough and then pushed it on so the caulk squeezed out up the sides and trim the excess with a razor blade.
