What's this fit? It looks like it's for the RH side of the console???

If you look at your auto trans console on the left side, you'll see a removeable plate. This goes in place of the plate for the 4 speed linkage. That's also why there is a carpet difference between 4 speed and automatic cars with consoles.

Duh, now that I look at that picture agian I see that. I looked at it as the forward edge in the pic as going to the front of the console.
