I have a 68 Dart with stock small bolt pattern drums on it. I have found a F-body 78 Aspen with a disc. brake system. I would like to put on the dart but not sure if it will work. Any help are suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

It will work. You just need to also find a 1973 or newer A body and then you'll have all the parts you need.

Our is it a clean swap, all break system parts from the Aspen directly to the Dart.

You need the upper arms off a 73-76 A body. The aspen arms won't work.

The rest of the stuff will bolt up, but, there's an argument about spindle height differences. I've run both 73-76 A spindles and the later FMJ spindles without issue.

I'm using 5th avenue spindles, which I think are similar to those you've got there, on a 67 dart. Drives fine, aligned at home. Aside from the A arms, you have to buy strong bolts+nuts for the spindles.
