After 3-1/2 years of this Jeep-building juggernaut, it is appropriate at this time to borrow a line from that one-hit-wonder rock group, Europe: IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN !!!
Here is what I have left to do on the Jeep, to make it drivable.
1. REAR AXLE: a: Set the pinion angle on the rear axle b: Tack weld spring perches and lower shock mounts c: Get rear axle out, finish weld and paint it d: Install rear axle
2. Make brake lines that go from frame rail to master cylinder
3. Fill & bleed power steering/hydroboost system
4. Bleed brake lines. Instead of the usual two man brake bleeding operation, for this project I decided to purchase a Motive Products Power Bleeder.

I was actually thinking about adding a link to that video!
Just play it on a continuous loop in the shop and you should be able to get all that stuff done pretty quickly.
