Tell us some more about the summit race on the 21-22. I don't see that on their website. Will there be more summit series races and are these race car (open header) races? I was strongly tempted to take the plates off the cutouts for a pass on saturday just to see what it would run, but didn't know if they'd let me run. Sure were some LOUD muffled cars out there though...

G bob, the court date for the noise issue is Jan. 20th, the Summit races on the 21st and 22nd right now are requiring mufflers but depending what happens in court may not be required. The next Summit race weekend is Feb. 25-26. Dependent on your weight i'd think 10.70 is a possibilty, my 440 runs the same cam and heads as yours but i have 12.5.1 comp and cnc port heads and mine is around 3150 with driver. What were the other incrementals on the 10 sec run. Mick 69 Dart GTS 440 mopar .590 cam, Edelbrock heads, 3200# best et 6.45, 106.78, 10.14, 132.88 mph, 1.47 60ft best 60ft 1.36
