This is a question for the expert carb tuners.Do the numbers for holley air bleeds eg. #40 egual the same number in thousands? eg. #40 = .040" or are they like Holley jet numbers that are flow numbers and not the actual hole dia. in thousands? I am trying to put my carb back to stock specs and will make my own air bleeds.

I think the Holley screw in bleeds with the large head on the top step are the same in size as the numbrs on them I have used my numbered drill sizes to chek them and they do match, usually Keep in mind that the numbered drill bits aren't always sequintial(SP) in sizes , there are some drill numbers that jump more than .001 in size to the next number
