i am replacing the street strip motor in my 70 challenger with a basicly stock spec 1970 HP 440.

I currently have a 3000 RPM convertor that i know wont tike a stock 440 with 2.94 gears.

Call Performance Torque Converters (PTC). They'll get it right the first time.

You could stuff a stock converter in it. I'd go PTC for anything other than a stock unit.

i dont have a stock convertor to use.
