In a Nitro with a manual transmission, what is the correct way to remove the knob from the gearshift lever?
I see a light at the end of the tunnel, and it's... ELECTROLUMINESCENT!

No kidding? It seems like a slide hammer would be a little hard on the plastic trim but I'll give the thing a hard yank and see what happens. Thanks.
