There are quite a few subtle differences - where to start?

EXTERIOR: You said you know about the front. Otherwise:
- Trunk panel and tail lights totally diff.
- Side trim on a '67 is different. All aluminum and runs at a different height than '66's.
- I don't think '66's could be had with the directional light 'bullet' on top of the front QP's.
- Hood ornaments are different.
INTERIOR:
- The 'western scroll' on the door and rear QP panels run horizontal on a '66 and vertical on the '67s.
- Seats on a '66 had two strips of 'western scroll', the '67s only one.
- The speedo on a '67 doesn't have the plastic 'Plymouth' emblem covering the needle hub.
- Horn rings were diff. Hub emblems were red on '66s. Black on '67s.

OTHER MISC:
- '66s usually had single circuit brake MCs. '67s were dual.

There are sure to be other things.

67 dash frames and chrome trim are different due to the different(collapsible) steering column in 67
67 front fender splash shields are different than 67

66 consoles have a removable rear section,67 up was all one piece
66 tachs use a remote sending unit 67 up does not
wheel lip mouldings are different due to different side and rocker trim

Fender headlight buckets (welded in) are unique to each year.

Steel Wheels had 10 holes in 66, most 67's had 6

Steering wheels were unique to each year

Dash Clusters were unique to each year

Console tachs were unique to each year

Hub Caps/Wheels covers were unique to each year

Tires were unique to each year

................Heck it's A LOT easier listing what was the same as opposed to what's different!

There are alot more differences than I thought in them. Was there more 67's built than 66's and are there more aftermarket parts available for the 67's?How hard would it be to put a 66'grille into a 67'?Other than the wiring issues does the 2 grilles bolt up in the same place?

No grille swap without some major hacking. You'll need a front clip from either year to really do it right

Hood latch and support, 67 had a park brake warning light in the dash, the back of the cluster on 66 has circular connector, 67 has 2 sets of pins. Window cranks changed
