How critical/what can you get away with as far as pulley alignment?
10-rib belt,NOT cog. From crank to blower its off .300. Was`nt a problem with the 383 in car,but checking on engine stand is where I found it. WAS working that way,what little I used it.

I say make a new crank pulley spacer.
On our B&M supercharged Dart the alignment wasn't off anywhere near that much and it would cause the belt to walk off the pulley and then shred.
