Years ago, I looked at a 70 hemicuda. It had the same. No numbers stamped on the cowl nor radiator support. No Data Plate. Did not even have the holes drilled. After some research, it turned out to be a Body In White from the factory. Some how, some time, it recieved a V.I.N. plate.

I've seen several that are hard to read. I have a 72 340 that is missing the second digit in the sequence # entirely.
