I'm converting one. I've got the complete drive line 360/727 and 8 3/4.

Is the engine harness on the slant 6 cars the same as a V-8 car?

The lengths of the wires are different since everything is in a different place (dizzy, sensors, etc)

For the wiring the only thing I had to do on the '73 was shorten the wire for the oil psi light and coil wires, the dist pickup part of the harness has an extension on it, if you remove the extension it puts the plug in the correct spot for a small block.
The alternator, water temp, and A/C all worked without change.

It's probably very similar to F-bodies, then. There's a 4-terminal connector in the harness which allow two different sub-harnesses to plug into it- one for V-8s and one for Slant Sixes. As mentioned above, the two coil wires, the oil pressure sensor/sending unit, and the water temp sensor are the four wires in the four-terminal connector.

www.engine-swaps.com for the mounts, or www.manicinracing.com is a distributor for them as well.
