Small block with ARP Ultra Torque: 50 ft-lbs
Big block with ARP Ultra Torque: 55 ft-lbs
Stretch for both is .0060-.0065
There is not a specific 30 wt oil torque figure for either, so I would recommend checking and installing with stretch, as it is the most accurate way to achieve safe preload and can be done with oil, Ultra Torque, or steak sauce.
30 weight torque figures will generally be higher to achieve the same preload, as it is a higher viscosity lubricant, thus taking more energy to get the clamp desired. Additionally, oil can be very inconsistent, with load figures varying from bolt to bolt.
If you had to use 10w30, I would say about 65 ft-lbs for both (30% more viscosity).
My advice: stick with ARPs Ultra Torque, which is very consistent in preload production, or rely solely on stretch.
