high cir may not have anything to do with o2 itself,
most vehicles run a system of either 5v or 8 vol for the sensors,( not exactlt sure which one on that car)
, youre running high it appears on both side, most time youre going to find that the wires on the back side near the exhaust will have gotten melted, or has bad connectors in this case,
this can be a pcm issue but check the wiring first, this is something you can do and doesnt cost you $$
as for the misfire , several thing induce this reading as well,, bad wires, (inserts)(check with ohm meter) bad plugs, bad coil pk,
by the way those are downstrean o2 sensor , so look at the wiring all the way up firewall
if the car is say over 120-135 tho miles bet its all three wires/plugs should be changed out in those cars @ 55-75 tho miles
coil pk @ 100-125 tho
as for a reflashing of the pcm , there are several auto stores that are very good at doing this, besides the dealer, in ill als automotive has the latest equpment and are very good at it,
like i said c hec youre connectors for corrosion, and or melting
