I am having brain lock and can not remember where to get that spring/clamp that holds the lid on the steering coupler. I do not think it was a factory part but I have used them in the past and they work great! Any help??

I forget who made them, but I remember a post about them and the maker said they are sold out and they are not making anymore. The guys that have them aren't giving them up either.

member EKIM used to have them, but he sold off his remaining stock a few years ago. They were originally offered from mopar dealers as service parts for repairs. I don't think they ever came on the cars when new.

I use a channel lock pliers to crimp over the tabs, works fine and eliminates the need for the clamp.

I imagine there is some demand for these, but after the setup production costs, you are probably talking about profit for (occasional) beer money and not enough profit for vacation money.

Sorry, I don't have any for sale.
