I know this is an old thread, but if that combo doesn't run 11s, then I'd be looking for a plug wire that fell off.

Hope the guy pops back in, I'm curious. FWIIW my 10.2:1 450 w/ootb Eddys, 1.75 headers w/a 236@50 solid ran a best of 7.43 with a 1.62 60 ft. in the 8th with an 11 inch convertor. I bet he ran at least the high 11's and should be mid low 11s.

I Like this.... Moparts version of "PASSTIME"
I don't think its enough carb for the weight to do better than the 12.40 range.

I think I've got a nice comparison. My car is a '67 Belvedere, probably pretty close on weight. 10.4:1 505”. E'brock heads, 0.587/0.593 287/294 cam, M1 intake and 1050 Dominator. Mopar 175K converter (~2800RPM) and 3.55 rear end, and 8 year old firestone 205/70/14 street tires. 12.54 @ 114 w/ 1.932 60' With converter, tires and gear, it should go nicely into the 11's.
