I am finishing a 70 440-6 clone and except for the red bar am wondering what I may be missing. I would like to email someone a picture and get a solid response. The area that confusses me is where the fog lights are. It is open but yet I see on both sides of the lower panel there is a screw tab?

It sounds like you're missing the lower grille insert that fastens to the front valance..This insert is in black but most were silver to match the grille... The usual resto stores will have the 70 valance insert...Here's an example{bottom piece in pic} from Jacks auto parts BTW , the lower valance will get a clip in those holes to anchor the valance screws...
