I talked a fellow Moparts member into taking his race car to the Track, it was his first time back in the drivers seat in 15+ yrs we figured we would get 3 passes at best.

When we got there it was the eve of Harley Night and there were 10-15 cars there THATS IT ! we made 8-9 passes and I got some seat time 11.70 @ 112 it was in a 1991 Mustang and it was a Blast.

Frannie...soooo does this mean you're turning "turn-coat" on us? Glad you and your buddy had fun! That's what it's all about,isn't it?!

We used to go to the TnT the Fri before the bike drags but it was always a waste of time. They catered mostly to the bikes (and rightfully so) and we'd be lucky to get 1 maybe 2 passes.

I have never seen this track so deserted with out a tornado looming overhead.
We were very lucky, and as far as turn coat, this car was fun...... But it was not my GTX 11.70 vs 10.70 is a big deal especially when you run that number at 600 lbs+ heavier
It was just nice to be out there
