I've installed a 5.9 Mag in my RamCharger. In my gathering of my truck parts over the years I allowed the A/C lines that I needed from a 92 or 93. Well I'm ready to finish & figured I'd convert to AN & build my own lines using Steel braised A/C hose. How hard is it to convert to AN fittings?

I have not researched this, OK? But I do a lot of work with AN fittings at work and Parker has an AN fitting for about anything, including hose ends. My recommendation would be to find a Parker industrial rep close to you and run by them what you want to do. Just my

I would get a Four Seasons or NAPA A/C catalog as there are adaptors for many A/C systems and hose ends.

I used a sanden SD with a manifold bolted on the side that recieves the lines on top. I feel certain that I took it of a 92 van with dual A/C that I parted. I have all the lines that were related to it. Thanks, Bob

On the original type compressors with a bolt-on flange I either make an aluminum block and thread it NPT for the AN fittings or cut off the factory pipes at the fitting and weld/braze the fittings onto the stubs.

I was thinking of tig welding AN fittings in the manifold on the compressor.
