Good to see everyone again. To me that's the fun of coming to this morbidly hot race. And yes I'll be there again next year too.

I couldn't cut a light to save my life. Saturday I drew Myron and went .003 red against him. Sunday guess who I drew again? Myron! I dialed a 6.49 to his 7.18. This time I went .110 to his .017 (I think) it was close at the stripe but I broke out by .001 with a 6.489!

So I didn't win anything. The arm drop race sucked from years past. The spread was from 6.20's to 6.60's with some sand baggers mixed in.

I did manage to sell a sh*t load of stuff. That really surprised me. There really wasn't that many people there but I did sell well over 1K in misc. stuff.

Happy to see Jim Fox's kid do so well on his first time ever driving! Congrats!

the original 16 car field was picked from The time trials and they where from 6.36 to around 6.60 but when some of those cars made it to the race all the sudden they where running 6.20's
2 of the original cars couldn't make it and I got in as an alternate with my 6.34 and I gave it away in the semis when I fell asleep at the arm drop then missed my 2-3 shift point and could never get back around the guy lost with a 6.38 to his 6.44

I've been to this race and involved in the arm drop for 4 years. This was the first year that some cars would run 6.46 the first pass and then 6.42 the next. The next day same guy in the same heat running 6.20's when we're all running the same numbers. If it were the last few years he would have got the boot.

yep they have done the arm drop 3 years and you and I have been in it all 3 years
