Here's a pic showing the other hole. It's between the brace and the inner fender. As you can see, it wouldn't work very well to move it closer to the other two holes. As it is, it's a little difficult to get a nut on there. I put the nut on the wrench and hold it in position, and then thread the bolt into it.
