Sorry Guys, I apologize,....I flubbed when I typed the air bleed lean/rich technique when I wrote that sentence, should have remembered the old addage when blocking off the air bleed. if it "sounds mean(high RPM) it's lean, if it's ragged (low rpm) it's rich" ......but regardless of the flub, the idea is to try and minimize the rise/fall in RPM when blocking the outer bleed and turning the corresponding base screw to achieve the ideal air/fuel ratio based on rpm readings, again I apologize for that flub
