Typically Scarebird kits come with the brackets to mount the calipers, and any special sleeves/adapters. The rest is self sourced through parts shops.

To get back on topic, here's my Scarebird prototype brakes (not 100% fully developed).
Trial fit rear caliper mount, won't work:




Front mount, note our hose routing is not good, needs to be fixed, has nothing to do with Scarebird, though.




Master Cylinder area:
