in my efforts to be cheap...I see lots of flywheels for internal balance motors, but I need one for a magnum 360, i.e. external balance.

I know the "REAL" answer is to get it balanced on the crank, but I don't want to tear down this complete, good condition, low mileage motor just for a balance job.

Besides, didn't the factory just say "this is close enough for every production 360 we make" and balance the flywheels accordingly?

is there anywhere to look up the specs to know how to drill a flywheel to make it an external balance for a 360? would any machine shop have that information?

or should I continue to be patient and cheap, or spend the money on a new flywheel?
