No where, unless you happen to find an NOS one collecting dust somewhere.

You might be able to find a generic one, but it won't be the proper one. There are a ton of factors that go into the design of a proper combination (not just proportioning) valve. Which is why Chrysler had about 12 or more per model year for all it's models.

You'd be much better off getting yours rebuilt than slapping in a "one size fits none" aftermarket one.
