$800 sounds like a custom piston. You'll end up an expensive piston on top of fairly short stock rods, a cast iron crank and a possibly thin wall block and 40_ cubes... not the optimal setup.

If you want to keep cost really low you could use a cast replacement piston and limit boost to 5-7 lbs. Then once you get the setup dialed in build a bigger/stronger lowdeck.

Or get a 451 stroker kit with a shelf forged piston from 440 source or another vendor. You would have a stonger crank and rods plus more cubes without a lot more money.

Whatever direction you take, at 60 over with boost I'd get the block sonic checked and don't be surprised if it needs a sleeve or two due to thin cylinder walls.

I have a perfect forged 383 crank, Eagle CRS6358CD rods w/L19 bolts. Stuck with the ported 906 heads, but I have a fresh set of 915 heads. Torker intake, 850 blow-through. Using a B/W S480 80mm turbo with 1.10 A/R and .83 wheel with 5" downpipe to dual 3" thru racebullets, 31"x11"x3" intercooler w/3" piping. Looking at around 8-850hp @ 10 lbs.. We'll see!!
