Beefy-quality open end wrench. If that don't work, try sneaking a 12 point thin walled box wrench on it. It that don't work, just knock it around with a nice bity chisel. I think many here have a drawer full of stuff, stuff like random silly header bolts, that could be spared for you when you trash that one.
