I have a $10k sponsor for Bowling Green Hot Rod Reunion but not much interest from the racers. Plus it is one week before the Mopar Action race at Maple Grove. Two in two weeks is rough. So I will probably tell them to keep their money. I heard it was HOT there last year but photos show a nice turnout.
Heres an idea for a multimillion dollar businessman, why dont you take the 10K sponsor and put it towards belle-rose? Its in your backyard, and less NHRA BS to deal with than the bowling green race. The bellerose race was in my opinion the most fun race to go to. The bowling green race was hot, but it was run very well, and the track was good. If someone puts up 10K anywhere, the fast cars will be there. cw
