No.... you would be setting the A/F for the conditions at that time... will it change due to temp and BP... yes.... but I usually change a jet size with every 25* of ambient so the idle will move some also... I would wait till at least spring(since you dont drive it in the winter) that way you would be closer to the summer temps and conditions
