That's what I was thinking. I don't have any turbo experience, but I'm curious as to why you would want the air outlet side pointing straight down like that? Are you planning to run an intercooler?
Guys, I had just recieved the turbo that day and tied it up in the general area where I wanted to place it. The compressor housing was like that to stabilize it for photos. I have since moved it to the passenger side so the 5' downpipe will be considerably shorter. I didn't clock the housings.
I am still waiting on the machine shop to finish preping the 400 block. 440 is in the photos so I cannot mock anything up until I get the right block.
