Really? Need a calculator? The answer is still the same as it was the last 500 times: new ratio ÷ old ratio. In this case 4.88%, for 6,600 it's 322 RPM.
The are almost no relationships in cars that are anything but a direct comparison just like that (and most people get the others wrong anyway).
