Sorry, the picturs I have of these tracks aren't in digital form to post. Here are some locations of a few in my area that are long gone. Use Google earth to see whats left.

Continental Divide Raceway, Castle Rock CO
39*20'06.25"N and 104*53'08.32"W puts you right at the transition from the pits to the burnout box. Property was sold to developer. Utilities and roads were installed before project went backrupt. Layout is hard to make out since its been gone so long, but it incorporated a N-S dragstrip along with a road course. Lots of big names ran here and it was a stop on the match race circuit for most fuel racers as well as the SCCA Trans Am.

Pikes Peak Speedway, Co Sp Co
38*50'13.86" N and 104*43'20.11" W puts you right at turn 1 This was a small /4 oval track that ran through the 1970s. Another hard one to make out as it was plowed under for a highway interchange.

Sportsman Raceway park, Co Sp CO
38*50'34.12" N and 104*41'56.61" W Puts you in the middle of the infield of this 3/8 mile oval. Active in the 1960s, it sat unsed for 20 years before the city bought the property and turned it in to baseball fields using the banking as containment for the outfield.

Pikes Peak International Speedways
38*49'50.74" N and 104*39'55.28" W puts ou in the pits between the 3/8 mile oval and 1/8 mile dragstrip. Active through the 1980s, it was shut down by a developer with the help of a senator who owned the dairy farm over the ridge. Claimed his cows wouldn't give milk on Sundays after the races. Development got sucked into the Savings & Loan crisis of the early 90s and has sat ever since. This layout is still easily recongnizeable.
