china oil pan? china timing cover? no pvc? put way to much oil in? holes in t-cover or pan peened out from being on and off 12 times?

402 pan i bought from you, timing chain cover from engine i bought from you, stock 69 valve covers with vent, 5 quarts of oil, both pan and cover were placed on machined surface before being put back on.

first put the t-cover gasket on dry seat in down on dowel pins on block, many t-cover gaskets are to long from dowel pins to pan,so even with the tex it wont seal when it folds over on top tray gasket. it must perfect 90 at base of both gaskets. trim gasket and should seal with little tex,oh and put a little tex around dowel pins also
