Worse fuel pump I have ever purchased period. I asked around and these pumps are really horrible. Matter of fact the guy on this thread is the only one I have heard that hasnt had any trouble yet.
I spent a hour on the phone with a Holley tech guy, he said in not so many words, his entire day is spent on the phone talking to guys about this fuel pump alone.
I think It was on the truck for less than One week, before i wised up and sent it back to Summit racing for a Mallory 140 pump...
Not much better it eats brush's like clock work every 3 months.
The coomutator is worn so bad from the brushes there is about a 3/16 step were the brush rides around it.
I really like how the pump worked, and it was super quite.
My Holley pump the relief valve/plunger kept hanging up. The fuel pressure would swing quickly and violently from 5 to 14 psi like a flag blowing in the wind.
